Some examples: Use recycled water for irrigation. Make recycling easy! Use less paper! Implement sustainable packaging. Offer reusable water containers for employees. Switch to dimming lights.

A few more tips: Encourage carpooling--you could even offer a subsidized e-bicycle program for workers who want to bike to work.

How about adding a donation bin to take/leave for upcycling lightly used clothing, books, sports equipment, and electronics?
