Strategic Planning Session:

2) Let's set 3 simple go-green goals and help you share them on your social media platform.

Some examples: Make recycling easy; use less paper; implement sustainable packaging; offer reusable water containers for employees; and use dimming lights.

A few more tips: Encourage carpooling--or, you could offer a subsidized e-bicycle program for workers who want to bike to work.

You could also add a donation bin to take/leave for upcycling lightly used clothing, books, sports equipment, and electronics.

Follow-up:

3) We will do a three month check-in and see how your go-green progress is coming along.
